It can be installed normally as long as the handlebar diameter is within the common industry range (22-35mm, suitable for most regular bicycles). If your handlebar has a special diameter (e.g., children’s bikes, modified wide handlebars), we recommend measuring the handlebar diameter first or contacting customer service with your bike model information to confirm compatibility.

Q2: My phone is X inches. Will it fit?

A: The holder supports smartphones ranging from 4.5 to 7.2 inches, covering most mainstream models (including devices with thin phone cases). If your phone size exceeds this range or you use a thick rugged case, please measure the overall width of the phone (including the case) first to confirm if it is within 4.5-7.5 inches (slight excess can be tried for installation, but overly wide phones may not be fixed securely).

Q3: Is the full liquid silicone material safe? Will it have an odor?

A: The holder is made of environmentally friendly full liquid silicone that meets safety standards. It has no pungent odor, is soft and skin-friendly, and will not scratch the bicycle paint or phone body. In case of a fall, the soft silicone material will not cause harm to the body. If there is a slight inherent silicone odor when you receive the product, it is a normal phenomenon—just place it in a well-ventilated area for 1-2 days, and the odor will dissipate.

Q4: How to install the holder? Do I need additional tools?

A: No additional tools are required. Installation only takes 3 steps: ① Align the holder with the bicycle handlebar and adjust to the desired position; ② Secure the holder to the handlebar with the strap; ③ Fix the phone using the elasticity of the silicone.

Q5: Will the phone fall off while riding? Can it stay fixed on bumpy roads?

A: The holder adopts non-slip particle design + high-elasticity clamping of liquid silicone. Even in scenarios such as mountain bike off-roading and gravel road riding, it can firmly fix the phone to prevent slipping. We recommend ensuring the phone is fully inserted during installation.

A: The holder features a lightweight (about 20g) + compact design. After installation, it only occupies a small amount of handlebar space and will not interfere with riding operations such as braking and shifting. Additionally, the holder height is moderate—when the phone is fixed, the line of sight is basically parallel to the riding line of sight, allowing you to check navigation without using peripheral vision and without affecting riding safety.

Q7: Will the holder loosen over time? How to clean and maintain it?

A: Liquid silicone has good elastic recovery and is not easy to loosen under normal use. If slight loosening occurs after long-term use, you can rinse the holder with warm water and let it air dry naturally—this will partially restore the silicone’s elasticity. For cleaning, we recommend rinsing with pure water. Avoid using corrosive liquids such as alcohol and disinfectant to prevent silicone aging.

A: We support 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges (the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).
